Deadline to register without late fees. Last day for refunds (minus 10%) and to order the SWAG and add-ons.

AUGUST 15

Last day to register (we cannot guarantee late registrations). Last day for partial refunds.

Refund Policy

  • Full refunds (minus 10%) are available for cancellations until July 31.
  • Between August 1 and August 15 cancellations receive a partial refund: $25 and there are no refunds for optional add-ons (including SWAG) during this period.
  • There are no refunds after August 15.
  • To cancel your Rendezvous registration, please complete the cancellation form.
