Deadline to register without late fees. Last day for refunds (minus 10%) and to order merchandise and add-ons.

Last day to register (we cannot guarantee late registrations). Last day for partial refunds.

Refund Policy

  • Full refunds (minus 10%) are available for cancellations until July 27.
  • Between July 28 and August 13 cancellations receive a partial refund: $25 and there are no refunds for optional add-ons (including merchandise) during this period.
  • There are no refunds after August 13.
  • To cancel your Rendezvous registration, please complete the cancellation form.
