BC’s Proposed Dock Management Plan
On last night’s Tollycruisers Dock Tales, we heard from two members affected by the evictions at Mosquito Creek Marina.
During that conversation, we learned that the Government of BC is currently accepting public comments to the proposed amendments to the shishalh swiya Dock Management Plan.
As this plan and proposed amendments to the Land Act may affect many of our Tollycruisers at their home marina and/or cruising destinations, we are sharing some links to learn more and make your comments.
NOTE: The deadline for commenting on the government’s portal closes on February 16, 2024.

Thanks to our club members for sharing their experiences with Mosquito Creek Marina. We are relieved they have found a home for their Tolly in Point Roberts.
Unfortunately, they still need to find a home for their boat house by the end of May. If you know of anyone looking to purchase a boat house, please feel free to let us know and we’ll put you in touch with them.
